Visit of European Commissioner to Hyflux CEPAration

December 1, 2006 - As part of her visit to the Northern Region of the Netherlands, Member of the European Commission Mrs. Huebner visited the Sales & Application Centre of Hyflux CEPAration in Leeuwarden. Here she was informed about the progress of a demonstration project on water purification which Hyflux CEPAration is leading. Participants include Vitens, the largest water supplying company of the Netherlands.

April 5, 2006 - We are very pleased to announce that Hyflux Ltd, one of Asia’s leading water and fluid treatment companies, has acquired 51% of the shares of CEPAration BV.
Together with Hyflux, the marketing and sales of CEPAration’s current patented ceramic hollow fibre membranes and the further development of new ceramic membrane products and applications will be greatly enhanced. CEPAration will incorporate in its sales portfolio the membrane products of Hyflux for sales in Europe.
