The management team of Hyflux CEPAration comprises:

Dr Rinse A. Terpstra, CEO & CTO, was head of Ceramic Technology Department at the Netherlands Energy Research Foundation (ECN, Petten) and of the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research TNO.

Mr Marcel Sars, COO, started his study in Mechanical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology during which he joined the company ROLS in Geldrop. For many years Mr Sars was manager for accounts like Philips Medical Systems and ASML. He brings in a vast expertise on managing of large scale production of complex products, acquisition and supply management.

He was the Director of the Centre for Technical Ceramics (CTK), a cooperation between TNO and Eindhoven University of Technology, together with prof. Ruud Metselaar (Scientific Director). Dr Terpstra was President of the Dutch Ceramic Society (NKV), (co-)editor of two books on ceramic technology, and (co-)author of papers and patents concerning ceramic (membrane) technology.

Prof. Piet Lemstra is Member of the Board of CEPAration. After a career at DSM he joined Eindhoven University of Technology where he is a full professor. Furthermore, he is founder of DPI (Dutch Polymer Institute, Eindhoven) and Director of Polymer Technology Group Eindhoven B.V.

Mr Wim Pasteuning is Chairman of the Board of Hyflux CEPAration. He is Executive Vice President Aerostructures at Stork Fokker AESP B.V., which is a major supplier for the Airbus A380.
